Dreaming Answers


natural exercise Arouse yourself from sleep tonight at 3 am . Have a pen and paper or voice recorder ready to record your dreams. Allow yourself to drift back to sleep while holding hand and forearm upwards at a 45 degree angle to your upper arm and elbow which still rest on your bed . As you fall into deep sleep your hand and forearm will fall causing you to startle. Write down or record what you were thinking about or dreaming.

To answer a question merely intend to do so before dreaming and be sure to write your question down in notebook or record. After dreaming you may meditate on the dream symbols meanings in relation to the question.

techno shamanic exercise: Use this exercise near a computer that is online and dream yourself online. A website with abstract happy animation or something similar are good media to start with. Face the screen so that it would be visible should you open your eyes. Record all experiences.

we are allone.thoughts are non local. They are not "yours", you have merely been seduced into identifying them as yours. or mabey its the dead or the nature spirits or angels.

learn what is going on energetically. Try not to run to much energy.

well, the real I, the essential self, is seduced into identification with the headbrain thoughts of the human biological machine. These proceed mechanically and are sometimes here sometimes there and are generally distracting us from the awareness that everthing is already done, already perfect and it is our striving that keeps us from seeing we are already here and we are what we are looking for.

adopt a stable posture, settle in.

stay still.

breathe 10 in and out breaths rapidly through your nose followed by one deep cleansing breath. This is one fire breath, do 3-5.

Enter into the stead of silent stillness and create a thought vacuum where no thoughts may exist without burning up and disappearing.
Continue 10 minutes a day until clarity is achieved and then you will know the answer to your question.
