May this breath now be experienced totally.We must pay for our air with our attention and our time when payment is due, now. The cost of each breath lived fully is one moment of time.

From the precious remaining wilderness to the city's urban heart, Be Balance!

When i'm balancing I get into a mood like the trance of the mystics. All of my attention is on sensing what is now. Sometimes I know with every cell how to be balance but not with my thinking mind. It is an honour to work with stone on the sidewalk surprising the passersby.
I like to play at being an outside observer watching myself. I track myself. Lately ive been tracking where my/his money goes. Which parts of "I" get the most spending power. It's like finding who the kingpin within is by following the money.
