many say they wish for wholeness and health but few have considered this all the way. Usually there are reasons for patterns in our lives and to change life negative patterns takes effort (read conscious suffering). ask oneself "am i ready to heal?" "do I really want to be healed?" before asking how or when do i heal.

remember smiling within constantly as a self healing modality seems to be an all powerful healing agent with many miracle cure to its fame but few can perform this simple straight forward method successfully. Some steps to wholeness havn't been taken i bet.

the travelling balance ceremony

look for these "balances" around toronto.
sunjye the shaman creates stone balance sculpture circles in toronto and surround. The circle is a powerful tool, sort of a compass, for the shaman or shamanka to orient themselves in many worlds. the balances themselves are astonishing to people, the sculptures look impossible so peoples "totally open to miracles happening now" attention goes into the balances which act as antennas and acupucture needles for the earth getting Erda's energies moving and harmonized. this is a ceremony for the individuals that contact it, the community it happens in and for mother earth.

taking oneself seriously is a condition for a sly clown or mime. bigger parts of inner self must be gotten into. we must learn to not say i to negative emotions. our level of being attracts our experiences after all.

nature walks and ancestor talks. eris goddess anyone?

this one will be walking around out of town for a few days attuning to nature in nature.
these windy fall days are perfect for strengthening contact with ones ancestors.
the leaves are changing, change.

as a self ordained zen master and erisian pope this one discards the serious reaction to the clarity of seeing (shamanically) and meets people in folly, so jolly, this absurdity, these games we play. in the intoxicatingly beautiful now lay power to create. absurdity is isn't wasn't it?
even though 23 out of 25 erisians agree to disagree ERIS is often present during these attempts at creating a creative discord as opposed to a destructive order or destructive disorder.
sometimes a disguised evolutionary (intelligence)agent may drop in to ones reality tunnel and then suddenly, vroom, evolve out of it faster than they dropped into said reality tunnel leaving behind only the hint of perfumed air making one aware that not all order is good and not all disorder is bad.

once in a while we get requests for instruction in shamanism.
it is a way of life that may only be discovered after living it by living closly with a shaman for a number of years.
its a step by step process of recovering and blossoming into genetic potentials and divine powers beyond our current imagination.
it cannot be taught or transmitted, one may create the conditions to experience it by making oneself ready for higher work, but this is only personal preperatory work, not work as an intelligence agent for higher dimensions. to find ones own work it may be useful to serve someone who has found their positon in the higher dimensional work.
people often get a tiny taste of shamanism when they witness rock balancing because the psychological shock of seeing rocks balanced in impossible looking ways stops ones way of perceiving the world, perhaps only momentarily, but it is a taste of stopping the world nonetheless.
rock balancing itself is a good wholistically therapeutic preperatory work on self particularly for those who need to develop their movement centrum.
those skills which cannot be taught in books which are somatically based, or which otherwise must be taught in person can be learned from a good shaman or shamanka teacher by a student who is ready to serve and who will work sincerely. still interested? it demands all you have!

lucidity in the city

we ask various whatevers that we have judged to be authorities "what are this ones lessons that must be learned in this lifetime" so that we may play the mastery game and move past these lessons into the wholeness of fulfilling higher purposes, yes?

but it is not one linear deal. it is more like a collection of simultaneous mostly non linear processess with different start and stop points and all woven together that occasionally include a linear process.
so we may do a bit of all in one (work on self lessons, work for others, work for the work) on occasion?
at least this one seems sure that three lines of work(self, for others, for the work) remain nessesary for one to ensure returning to lucidity in the city?!
