purify- center and take a mouthful of water and swirl it around your mouth intending and imagining the water cleaning your whole body, physical and non-physical. Spit out the water while thanking the element water.
energize- center and breathe in clean clear energy, breathe out stale waste energy. intoning "maaah" on the inbreath, and "naaaaaaaaah!" on the outbreath. Breathe deeply, fully and completely.
harmonize- Free your voice! Make a loving offering of sound to where you are. While smiling to your heart, Intone sung appropriate spontaneous words or even just the vowels, vibrating them powerfully until your own song emerges.
Now we awaken the sleeping stones, we awaken to the sacred. Journey to the center to find the whole. We offer a stone circle ceremony to honour the web of creation and the mysteries.
