Stand in your garden. Stand on a riverbank. Stand in the middle of your favourite grove of trees and remember those you come from. Send them a blessing. Ask for their aid and wisdom during these changing times. The peace will flow. The blessing will be there. The connection waits. The Red Man of Wales teaches us many lessons even today. Listen to the voice crying from his bones. Listen to the whisper of his soul, "Look homeward and we will meet you!"

last night i dreamt of being healed by a shaman, his chants woke me and i involuntarily spasmed as i realised his chants came quite loudly from my mouth, even as i slept. the "spasm" caused a musculo-skeletal adjustment which gave me immediate real relief from a stubborn back pain ( i enjoy hard physical work).

this one asked for healing and it came. it is real! do you think+feel you really want to heal?

When something is represented in the center and its components on the periphery of the wheel we can get a logical+intuitive look at where everything stands in relation to the center. This way of memorizing and organizing data is far superior to linear methods(written word) and eventually when a cosmology is worked with in this way the cosmology can be integrated wholistically and made into a subconscious competence(mastery).

wholeness equals healing

many say they wish for wholeness and health but few have considered this all the way. Usually there are reasons for patterns in our lives and to change life negative patterns takes effort (read conscious suffering). ask oneself "am i ready to heal?" "do I really want to be healed?" before asking how or when do i heal.

remember smiling within constantly as a self healing modality seems to be an all powerful healing agent with many miracle cure to its fame but few can perform this simple straight forward method successfully. Some steps to wholeness havn't been taken i bet.

sunjye the shaman creates stone balance sculpture circles in toronto and surround. The circle is a powerful tool, sort of a compass, for the shaman or shamanka to orient themselves in many worlds. the balances themselves are astonishing to people, the sculptures look impossible so peoples "totally open to miracles happening now" attention goes into the balances which act as antennas and acupucture needles for the earth getting Erda's energies moving and harmonized. this is a ceremony for the individuals that contact it, the community it happens in and for mother earth.
